The 6th conference on Variation and Language Processing (VALP6) took place in Vigo 26-28 June, chiefly organized by LVTC member David Tizón-Couto. The VALP conference brings together different perspectives on language use, in society and in its cognitive processing. Many thanks to all participants who shared their findings and ideas, and what is more, created an inspiring and constructive atmosphere to discuss our various notions of what makes language(s) tick.
