Nuria Yáñez-Bouza joins the editorial board of ELL

LVTC member Nuria Yáñez-Bouza has been appointed to serve as Book Review Editor of the journal English Language and Linguistics (ISSN 1360-6743) for a period of three years (opting to renewal). Nuria will thus join the Editorial Board with editors Laurel J. Brinton (University of British Columbia), Patrick Honeybone (University of Edinburgh), and Bernd Kortmann (University of Freiburg).
English Language and Linguistics is a refereed journal which focuses on the description of the English language within the framework of contemporary linguistics. The journal is concerned equally with the synchronic and the diachronic aspects of English language studies and publishes articles of the highest quality which make a substantial contribution to our understanding of the structure and development of the English language and which are informed by a knowledge and appreciation of linguistic theory. All contributions undergo double-blind peer review.
